The primary bedroom is an en-suite and two of the bedrooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom. This property can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. 3 decks, and natural gas grill for outdoor cooking. Outdoor furniture dining table and chairs on porch on 2nd floor and in backyard next to pool and grill. Adirondack chairs on roof deck, patio, primary suite and dining room. There is also a wet bar and game room with foosball and a ping pong table. 10 beach badges, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and 2 bicycles are available for tenant use. Pillows, blankets and mattress pads provided. Tenants to bring sheets and towels. Tenant must sign lease addendums.
