Any tampering of cameras would be grounds for eviction without refund. Beach umbrellas and beach carts available for tenant use. No beach badges. Mattress pads, throw blankets and pillows provided. Tenant to bring sheets and towels. Kitchen has both a coffee pot and a Keurig.
