Fill your days fishing, hiking, touring historic Barnegat Light Museum, formerly a one room schoolhouse. Viking Village, home of LBI’s commercial fishing fleet, is a must see. Not only is the fleet impressive, you will find great shopping in the tiny fishing shacks that are now quaint shops with something for everyone. Restaurants and eateries proudly provide fresh, locally sourced seafood. Plan a sight-seeing trip or fishing excursion. Sunset Park and recreation areas with tennis courts, skate park, and basketball court are nearby. Beach access is conveniently located on 20th Street in Barnegat Light. Beach chairs, six beach badges, a beach cart, two kayaks, one canoe, and one rowboat are available for tenant use. Pillows, mattress covers, comforters, throw blankets, and quilts are provided; tenants to bring their own sheets and towels. A standard coffee pot is supplied (no Keurig). The living room TV includes cable, while all other TVs are streaming only; each TV is equipped with a streaming device. Tenant must sign a lease addendum.
