Maximum of 2 cars per unit-$25 fine per car, per night for non-compliance. Tenant must sign addendum. Pool passes, beach chairs and beach umbrella available for tenant use. Deck furniture includes a round table with 4 chairs and a 2-seat bench. Mattress pads, pillows and blankets provided. Tenant to provide own sheets and towels. Kitchen has a coffee pot- no Keurig.
