Outside dining table with seating, lounge chairs near pool and other seating on decks. Two inside stairways, hardwood floors throughout, bathrooms with double Corian sinks and tiled floors and cedar closets. Rentals run Friday to Friday. $450 cleaning fee in addition to the rent. Pillows provided. Tenants to bring blankets, sheets and towels. Beach chairs and 9 beach badges available for tenant use. Rental has both a coffee pot and a Keurig.
