The deck is furnished with a latched gate at the stairs for safety, and a gas BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. A beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels and 8 beach badges are available for tenant use. Beach access directly from the back of the property. This property also offers convenient amenities such as a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and a tankless hot water heater. There is a storage area for bikes, a private outside shower with both hot and cold water, and designated parking for 2 cars in spot #4. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are also provided, so you can make the most of your time at the beach.
