Within 5 blocks of pizza, a bakery and the famous Okie's. 10 beach chairs, 10 beach badges, a beach cart and beach umbrella available for tenant use. Pillows, comforters and throw blankets provided. Tenants to bring sheets and towels. Kitchen has both a coffee pot and a Keurig. One non-shedding dog with owner approval and $500 fee.
