Outdoor furniture includes a table with 4 chairs on the open deck, a loveseat and chairs on the ground level deck and a picnic table with an umbrella that seats 6-8 and a couch and chairs with an umbrella. Mattress pads, pillows, quilts and bedspreads provided. Tenants to bring sheets and towels. 10 beach chairs and 9 beach badges provided by owner as a courtesy but not guaranteed. Beach chairs in "as in" condition. Kitchen has a coffee pot-no Keurig.
