The roof deck is a favorite spot for dining or soaking in panoramic bay views with a Polywood table and four chairs. Mattress pads, pillows, comforters, quilts and throw blankets are provided; tenants should bring sheets and towels. Six beach badges and 4 beach chairs are available for tenant use. The kitchen is equipped with both a coffee pot and a Keurig.
