Tenants to bring sheets and towels. Beach umbrella, beach chairs, and 6 beach badges available for tenant use. New living room furniture for 2025 includes a side-by-side powered loveseat recliner and the couch is a power recliner on both ends. All have charging ports on each armrest. Also for 2025 the primary bedroom has new lamps with charging ports at the bases on each night stand.
