Single family rental two houses from the beach. Rentals run Friday to Friday with a 4pm check-in. Tenant must sign lease addendums. No open flames allowed on the property during tenant stay, including firepits. No fireworks permitted. No parking of recreational, commercial vehicles or trailers. No charging of electric vehicles. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 8 beach badges available for tenant use. Blankets and pillows provided. Tenants to bring sheets and towels. Pool can be heated and/or linens provided for an additional fee. . One small non-shedding dog permitted with owner approval.

*A $35 processing fee is applied to all leases.
