The beach access is right out your door and there are some beach chairs, 8 beach badges and an umbrella available for tenant use. Garage is for storage only. No cable- streaming only. Tenant to sign lease addendums. Mattress pads, pillows and blankets provided. Tenants to bring sheets and towels. Kitchen has both a coffee pot and a Keurig.
