Pillows, mattress pads, and comforters are provided—tenants should bring sheets and towels. The kitchen is equipped with both a coffee pot and a Keurig, so you can start your mornings just the way you like. 2026- New ductless a/c in 1st floor den/living room w/vaulted ceiling.
