The 1st floor layout offers: kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms (1 queen ensuite w/tub-shower, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds) and 2 full baths on this floor. The 2nd floor layout offers a living room with sliding door to a deck, and 3 bedrooms: 1 with a queen bed, 1 with a king w/ new en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed plus a twin over twin bunk w/twin trundle. Tenants must sign lease addendums. Outdoor furniture includes loungers by pool, chairs on porch and picnic table. Corn hole game provided but must be brought inside when not in use. Mattress pads, lightweight coverlets, comforters and pillows provided. Sheets are provided by LBI Dream Makers and beds will be made. Renter must remove sheets and place in bins provided by LBI Dream Makers. Instructions are posted at the house. Tenant to bring bath & beach towels. Kitchen has both a coffee pot and a Keurig. 2027-14 beach chairs, 10 beach badges, a beach umbrella and a beach cart are available for tenant use.
