Tenants must sign lease addendums. Outdoor furniture includes loungers by pool, chairs on porch and picnic table. Corn hole game provided but must be brought inside when not in use. Mattress pads, lightweight coverlets and pillows provided. Sheets provided by LBI Dream Makers. Tenant to bring bath & beach towels. Kitchen has both a coffee pot and a Keurig.
